a real good anime is Hamtaro. it's only like, six episodes, but it's insane. *SPOILER* hamtaro fucks a sexy ass bitch in the end and it turns out to be a futanari girl *END SPOILER*
another one is digimon, an obscure one that was made back in 1971, possibly the first anime ever. roger ebert refers to this anime sometimes when he's reviewing movies and it shows why. you can get it off amazon for a buck or two
finally, one of my favorites, pokemon. it's still going strong at 12 episodes in, and they're working on 50 more. good character progression, sexy ladies, etc. also features a soundtrack by they might be giants. it's up on youtube if you wanna go watch it
